We offer a generous 30-day return window from the date of delivery. This means you have a full 30 days to decide whether your purchase meets your expectations. If thirty days have passed since the delivery of your purchase, unfortunately, we won't be able to offer you a refund or exchange.

  1. Undamaged Condition: The item must be in the same, undamaged condition as when you received it.
  2. Photographic Evidence: We require photographs showing the current state of the product to ensure there is no damage. This helps us to quickly process your return.
  3. Discrepancies or Damages: If items were delivered with discrepancies or damages, you may return them. Photographic evidence will also be required in such cases.

Initiating a Return

Here's a step-by-step guide on how to initiate a return:

  1. Contact Our Support: Reach out to our customer support team at support@avabear.co.za to request a return authorization (RA) number. Please provide any necessary photographs as evidence.
  2. Pack Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, ensuring all accessories and documents that came with the product are included.

Cost of Returns

The cost of returning an item is as follows:

  • Within 5 Days: AvaBear will cover the return shipping cost if the return request is made within 5 days of receiving the product.
  • After 5 Days: If the return is initiated after this 5-day period, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Refunds Process (if applicable)

Once we have received your returned item and performed a physical inspection to ensure it meets our return criteria, we will proceed with the refund process:

  1. Notification: We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the physical inspection of the product.
  2. Refund Processing: If your return is approved, your refund will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a specified number of business days.
